- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + EV car + bonus + benefits
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Role
As a Lettings Associate, you will act as the face of the business across your designated region, managing the full resident journey from initial viewing through to move-out.
This is a field-based role combining elements of lettings, property management, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across the full resident journey, from viewings through to move-out
- Conduct property viewings, move-ins, move-outs, and mid-term inspections
- Monitor property condition, report issues, and ensure maintenance works are completed to standard
- Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent), and system updates
- Act as the on-the-ground representative, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support health & safety standards across developments
About You
- Previous experience within residential lettings or property management.
- Passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
