We are recruiting for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join a well-established business in Kettering during an exciting period of change and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, hands-on finance role with genuine scope to improve processes and progress their career.
The business is planning to implement the Coins system in the near future, so previous experience with Coins would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Accruals and prepayments
Budgeting and forecasting support
Variance analysis and commentary
Month-end close activities
Identifying and improving existing finance processes
Supporting the implementation of the Coins system
Business partnering with operational teams where required
About You:
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Previous experience producing management accounts
Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, and month-end processes
Coins system experience highly desirable
Practical, hands-on, and proactive approach
Comfortable challenging processes and driving improvements
Strong communication skills
