We’re partnering with a college in Rotherham to recruit a Campus Estates Manager, a high-impact role where you’ll shape the look, feel, and performance of a busy campus while leading on procurement and contract management across multiple sites.


The Role
  • Lead estates, facilities, and capital projects across campus
  • Drive procurement strategy and manage key service contracts
  • Ensure compliance, H&S, and operational excellence
  • Deliver sustainability initiatives and support net zero goals
  • Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary estates team

About You
  • Experience in estates/facilities management (education sector desirable)
  • Strong background in contract management and procurement
  • Knowledge of audits, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Confident leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills
