At Bensons for Beds, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring our customers and teams have everything they need to enjoy a seamless experience, every day.

Administrator Role – Key Responsibilities for Office and Business Support
  • Deliver accurate and timely administrative support across our office, logistics, and sales teams
  • Handle daily data entry, order processing, and system updates using our internal tools and MS Office
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure information flows smoothly
  • Organise and maintain digital records, including confidential documents and team rotas
  • Support HR, payroll, and onboarding processes as required
  • Assist with reporting, producing timely and accurate documents, and responding to queries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting process gaps and sharing new ideas
Key Skills and Experience for Administrative Excellence
  • Previous experience in an administrator, clerical, or office-based role (ideally 1+ years)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Devoted to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks
  • Background in retail, logistics, or customer service is desirable
