Legal Cashier (Part-Time) – Leamington

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join its Business Support team in its Leamington office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal cashiering experience and a solid understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules to join a respected Legal 500 firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily banking procedures and financial transactions
• Processing client and business account postings accurately
• Arranging payments, transfers, BACs and telegraphic transfers
• Reconciling accounts and supporting completion statements
• Assisting fee earners with financial and account queries
• Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and internal procedures
• Maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail
• Working to strict deadlines and managing priorities effectively

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ legal cashiering experience
• Strong knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs)
• Excellent numerical, administrative and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work within timescales
• Team player with a flexible and proactive approach
