Who We're Looking For
PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable, especially for ECTs)
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
Strong subject knowledge in Maths
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Passionate about supporting student progress and achievement
