Position: Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Consultant

Location: Swallowfield, Reading

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45k-£70k+ Year 1)

The Role (360 Consultant):

• Business Development: Actively source new clients through networking, cold calling, and pitching to hiring managers.
• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, screen, and interview high-quality professionals via LinkedIn, databases, and job boards.
• Full Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment process from initial job intake, CV submission, interview preparation, to offer negotiation.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to become a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• 6-12+ months of recruitment experience, or a strong background in professional sales.
• Resilience, ambition, and a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
