Vision Teaching are currently working in partnership with a welcoming village primary school in Bromley to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher for a September 2026 start.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join a supportive KS2 team and play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.

This role would suit both experienced teachers and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers looking to develop within a collaborative and welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
  • Differentiate learning to support the needs of all pupils
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the wider curriculum
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
  • Lead a key phase across the school for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A creative and child-centred approach to teaching
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for education and pupil development
  • Leadership experience or the ambition to take on additional responsibility
