This is a brand newly created role to support the day to day running of the finance department due to company growth. You will report into the Financial Director and oversee a small transactional finance team. Role Responsibilities

• Ownership and responsibility of monthly management accounts
• Budget, forecasting and cashflow management
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Preparation of statuary accounts
• Manage the audit process and external advisors
• Company with HMRC (VAT, CIS, corporation tax)
• Maintain strong finance controls and internal processes
• Work alongside operational, commercial and other leadership teams within the business
• Oversee a small transactional finance team

Person Specification

• Proven experience within a financial/accounts management position
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Strong IT skills including advanced MS Excel
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Candidates from practice looking for a move into industry would be desirable
