Business Development Executive – Vape Products (EU Markets)

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive aggressive expansion across European markets.

This is a pure new business role — focused on opening doors, winning new clients, and building a strong distribution network across the EU. If you’re a deal-closer with experience in the vape sector and thrive on hitting targets, this is a strong earning opportunity.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retail groups across Europe.

This is a front-line sales position where success is measured by revenue generated and new accounts won.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners across Europe
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and convert opportunities into signed deals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value agreements
  • Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Work closely with internal teams to align pricing, stock, and go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in new business sales within the vape industry (essential)
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confident in cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage with key client groups
  • Experience working across international markets, ideally Europe
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe
  • Right to work in the UK
