Business Development Executive – Vape Products (EU Markets)
Essential: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Location: Darwen - Hybrid (with frequent European travel)
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive aggressive expansion across European markets.
This is a pure new business role — focused on opening doors, winning new clients, and building a strong distribution network across the EU. If you’re a deal-closer with experience in the vape sector and thrive on hitting targets, this is a strong earning opportunity.
The Role You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retail groups across Europe.
This is a front-line sales position where success is measured by revenue generated and new accounts won.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and target new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners across Europe
- Generate leads, conduct outreach, and convert opportunities into signed deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value agreements
- Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Work closely with internal teams to align pricing, stock, and go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For - Proven success in new business sales within the vape industry (essential)
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident in cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage with key client groups
- Experience working across international markets, ideally Europe
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe
- Right to work in the UK
