Package: £27K Basic + Uncapped Commission (£40-45K OTE Year 1)

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

• Graduate with previous sales experience in retail, hospitality, events or B2B
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated by earning potential and progression
