Logistics Coordinator- We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our client’s team based in the Heathrow area. This role combines operations and customer service responsibilities, and would suit a proactive individual with a strong understanding of time-critical logistics. Experience with AOG shipments is highly desirable.

Shift Pattern:

4 on / 4 off, working between 06:00–18:00 or 07:00–19:00

Salary: Up to £40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for key accounts, providing timely updates and managing customer expectations
• Oversee the end-to-end coordination of time-critical shipments, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Identify and resolve operational or service issues quickly and effectively
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and overall efficiency
• Monitor performance data to highlight trends and support continuous improvement
• Handle customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times
• Contribute to enhancing workflows and reducing turnaround times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within time-critical logistics (AOG knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Competent in logistics systems and Microsoft Office
