Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 basic
OTE: £40,000 – £45,000 (uncapped commission)

The Opportunity

You’ll take full responsibility for running a successful lettings branch, managing performance, profitability and business growth. This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and coaching a branch team to achieve individual and collective targets
• Listing properties and providing expert advice to landlords
• Ensuring an outstanding experience for tenants throughout the lettings journey
• Driving new business and identifying growth opportunities
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and positioning yourself as the go-to local property expert

About You

• Proven experience in residential lettings
• A strong track record of building and maintaining relationships
• Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working under pressure
• Passionate about people, leadership and first-class customer service
• Committed to achieving both personal and team success
• Full UK driving licence essential
