This well established and highly regarded Wiltshire law firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Private Wealth team. 

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners handling high-quality private client and tax planning work for farming families, landed estates and family business owners.

The Role:

• Advise clients on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
• Provide tax efficient solutions for wealth preservation and succession planning
• Draft trusts, settlements and family partnership documentation
• Handle complex estate administration matters
• Advise farming businesses, landed estates and high-net-worth individuals

What do you need?

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• 5+ years’ post qualification experience within private client law
• Strong experience in inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
• Knowledge of trusts, settlements and asset protection structures

An interest or background in agricultural or landed estate clients would be advantageous
