Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support assigned client campaigns in the UK and UAE.

You will be working across a portfolio of clients, contacting warm prospect lists that have already had previous touchpoints through channels such as LinkedIn, email, or prior outreach.

Your main objective is to book qualified sales appointments for the client’s sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects from assigned warm lists
  • Engage decision-makers in professional, consultative conversations
  • Follow scripts and messaging frameworks provided for each campaign
  • Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and booking standards
  • Book appointments directly into client calendars
  • Manage follow-up conversations via call, email, or WhatsApp where required
  • Maintain accurate pipeline notes and updates within CRM / trackers
  • Work across multiple client campaigns simultaneously
