Customer Service Coordinator – Immediate Start

Location: Kingswinford
Salary: £13.70 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, early finish every Friday. 

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and growing manufacturing business in Kingswinford. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing sales and sample orders accurately using SAP
• Preparing pro-forma invoices and confirming pricing with customers
• Coordinating order picking, packing, and despatch to meet deadlines
• Booking shipments with freight forwarders and ensuring documentation is correct
• Maintaining accurate customer and pricing information
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role
• Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
• High attention to detail, particularly with documentation
• Good IT and numeracy skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
