About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Mortgage Broker to join a growing and dynamic finance team based in Kettering. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced broker (or a strong residential broker looking to transition into commercial) to build a lucrative career with access to a wide panel of lenders and high-quality leads.
You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and securing commercial finance solutions for a diverse client base, including property investors, developers, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and manage commercial mortgage and finance cases from enquiry to completion
Provide tailored advice on commercial mortgages, bridging finance, and development funding
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, clients, and introducers
Assess client financials and structure deals to maximise approval success
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
Proven experience as a mortgage broker
Commercial experience desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of property finance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and proactive
CeMAP qualified (preferred)
