We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support operational performance and business decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse complex data, and develop reliable, high-quality BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using BI tools such as Power BI and SQL.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy, quality, and documentation including KPI definitions and data dictionaries.
• Automate and improve manual reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams on reporting and data solutions.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of new BI technologies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytic, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, DAX, Power Query, SQL Server, or Oracle SQL.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and automation tools.
• Experience with Python, R, Pandas, or similar analytical tools.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices.
