We are looking for an experienced Financial Education & Content Specialist to join a growing team focused on delivering engaging, compliant and technically accurate learning content across pensions, investments and employee share plans.

About the Role

You will develop and deliver a range of educational content including presentations, video, audio and digital learning materials for a variety of audiences. Working closely with creative, compliance, marketing and project teams, you will help turn complex financial topics into clear, engaging and accessible content.

Key Areas of Knowledge

You should have strong technical knowledge of:

Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes

Retirement planning, pension tax allowances and investment products, UK share plans including SIPs, SAYE and discretionary share arrangements

HMRC and regulatory guidance relevant to pensions and investments

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Financial Planning - essential

Pensions and Investment Level 4 qualifications

Experience creating digital learning, video, audio or presentation content

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to simplify technical information for different audiences

Experience working within regulated financial services, fintech or pensions environments

Confident using content creation and production tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance

Desirable Qualifications

Chartered Financial Planning status

RO4, JO5, AF3 or G60 qualifications

Experience in pensions transfer or retirement income planning
