We’re partnering with an ambitious fintech redefining how money moves in the digital economy. With rapid growth, increasing transaction volumes, and exciting product expansion ahead, they’re looking for a sharp and commercially minded Treasury Analyst to join their finance team.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced fintech environment where treasury is critical to daily operations, liquidity strategy, and scaling the business globally.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Payments, Banking Partners, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth cash operations, optimise liquidity, and support strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple accounts and currencies
• Support cash forecasting and working capital management
• Manage treasury operations including payments, reconciliations, and funding movements
• Assist with banking relationships and payment partner operations
• Analyse settlement flows and investigate discrepancies
• Support FX exposure monitoring and treasury reporting
• Produce daily/weekly treasury and liquidity reports for senior stakeholders
• Help improve treasury controls, automation, and operational processes
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Product teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Cash Management, or Banking Operations
• Fintech, payments, banking, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Understanding of cash forecasting and reconciliations
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to payment rails (Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS, etc.)
• Experience with treasury systems or ERP platforms
• SQL, Power BI, or data analysis skills
• TMS implementation
• Multi-currency or international treasury exposure
