The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading independent, 4th generation family-owned insurance brokerage with a strong European presence, c.1,600 employees, and a clear long-term strategy to double revenue by 2028.

This is a key role within a growing Southern Construction team, inheriting a quality book of business while building new opportunities in a strong infrastructure-led market.


The Role

Inherit a book of c.£200,000 income (c.20 clients)

Clients include groundworkers, demolition, aggregates, and manufacturers across London & the South East

Manage and grow existing relationships

Working towards an annual new business target of £30,000 income

Placement across composite & Lloyd’s markets

Attending in person client meetings across the London and South East

Cross-sell opportunities across Trade Credit and Employee Benefits

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ insurance broking experience

Construction experience (or strong exposure with ambition to specialise)

Knowledge of JCT clauses

Strong client management and relationship skills

New business capability with a consultative approach

PI Brokers with Construction exposure will also be considered
