Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting advisers with the preparation of suitability reports and financial plans
• Conducting research across pensions, investments, and retirement planning products
• Assisting with cashflow modelling and client analysis
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Liaising with providers and internal teams to progress client cases

We’re looking for:

• Experience within a wealth management administration or paraplanning role in a regulated environment
• Progress made towards the Level 4 Diploma (essential)
• Technical understanding of pensions, investments, and retirement planning
• Organised and detail-focused approach
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
