Role Summary:

This is an opportunity to join a growing Bristol-based team focused on new business; working with warm leads and alongside a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in winning and developing new clients. The role offers strong exposure to new business activity, technical development across commercial lines, and clear progression within a fast-growing brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities: Build relationships with prospects and convert warm leads into clients

• Support the new business process: Gain hands-on experience across quoting, placement, and policy structuring

• Handle documentation and broking tasks: Strengthen technical knowledge across commercial insurance products

• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with colleagues to drive growth and deliver client solutions

• Maintain compliance and records: Ensure accuracy and professionalism across all client interactions

Requirements:

• Commercial insurance experience across multiple product lines

• Exposure to new business or a strong interest in moving into a new business-focused role

• Cert CII qualified (or working towards)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Motivated, proactive, and confident personality
