Job Title: Customer Support Administrator (Temporary)

Pay:

  • £15.38 per hour PAYE
  • £19.52 per hour Umbrella

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused temporary Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Chessington. This role is primarily responsible for processing consumables orders and acting as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately processing consumables orders in a timely manner
  • Using internal systems, including Sage, to input and manage orders
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
  • Handling calls confidently and professionally, providing a high standard of customer service
  • Responding to basic customer queries and escalating issues where appropriate
  • Supporting the wider customer support team with general administrative tasks as required

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
  • Previous experience using Sage is desirable
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets and data entry
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is advantageous
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
