The successful candidate will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and operations while providing a comprehensive view of the financial health of the business. Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
• Drive business performance through financial metrics and key performance indicators.
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for both the parent company and overseas subsidiaries.
• Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Monitor financial performance across departments and subsidiaries, ensuring financial health and profitability.
• Implement robust financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key international stakeholders, including external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of regular financial reports for stakeholders, including board members and investors.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, cost control, and margin optimisation initiatives.
• Recommend actions based on financial data, trends, and market conditions.
