Role Finance Administrator

Salary £28k - £35k D.O.E

Location Office in Cardiff – free parking

Hours Mon -Fri – normal business hours

The Role

• As Finance Administrator you will provide essential administrative ad transactional support to the finance function.
• Accurate data entry, maintenance of financial records helping the wider team deliver accurate reporting.
• Finance Admin – Maintain records of invoices, receipts and payments
• Accounts Payable & Receivable - Process invoices and expenses and resolve basic queries.
• Reconciliation & Reporting Bank reconciles and reporting against creditors and debtors.
• Teamwork within the finance team and wider business including external stakeholders.
• Compliance around sensitive data being handled confidentially.

The Person

• You will have previous experience within a similar role and looking to grow long term
• Attention to detail and accuracy with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Experience in sales/purchase ledger and Excel and be comfortable with finance systems.
• Ability to take on training for any finance systems you need upskilled on.
• Approachable team player who can contribute positively to this fantastic environment.
