Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy through high-quality reporting, analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

The BI Data Analyst Role:

– Extract, analyse, and interpret data to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports

– Build dashboards, forecasts, and visualisations using tools such as PowerBI

– Apply statistical techniques and develop analytical models to support business needs

– Respond to ad hoc data requests, delivering clear and actionable insights

– Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand and meet reporting requirements

– Design, develop, and maintain databases to support evolving business needs

– Ensure data accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving inconsistencies

– Automate recurring processes to improve efficiency and scalability

– Source and manage new datasets where required

Key Skills and Experience:

– Strong experience working with SQL and PowerBI

– Advanced Excel skills

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

– Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate data problems to non-technical stakeholders

– A proactive mindset with the confidence to engage with stakeholders across different levels and regions
