THE ROLE

This is a newly created role within the Savings team, supporting the commercial management of savings products. You will work closely with a senior product lead, gaining exposure to pricing, performance analysis and new product development.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

• Supporting day-to-day commercial management of savings propositions.
• Producing pricing analysis, performance insight and management information.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Assisting with product governance activities and new savings proposition development.
• Working cross-functionally with teams such as Treasury, Operations and Marketing, as well as external partners.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Around 1+ year of experience in an analytical, commercial or pricing-focused role.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills, with confidence handling data and building analysis.
• Interest in financial services; experience in savings products is beneficial but not essential.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable.
