£30+ per Hour (Depending on Experience)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Lecturer to deliver engaging Business studies programmes within a Further Education setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated educator with strong subject knowledge who can support learners at Level 1–3 (or as required) through both theory-based and applied learning.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Business lessons in line with the curriculum
• Plan, prepare and assess learner work effectively
• Support learner progress, achievement and employability skills
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality and safeguarding standards
• Contribute positively to a professional and supportive teaching environment

Requirements

• Experience teaching Business in an FE or similar educational setting
• Relevant Business qualification
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or willingness to work towards)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
