What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be at the centre of the action—helping people find their perfect home while building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

You will:

• Market properties and match them with the right tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
• Proactively generate leads through canvassing and local outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Continuously develop your skills with hands-on support from your mentor

What You’ll Earn

• £28,000 OTE in your first year
• Uncapped commission – your success directly drives your income
• Clear progression path with the opportunity for two promotions within your first 12 months

Working Hours

• 8:30am – 6:00pm (4 weekdays)
• 9:00am – 5:00pm (every Saturday)

Your First Two Weeks

You’ll kick things off with an immersive training experience at our dedicated Learning & Development Centre in Colchester:
