About the Role:

Join a growing insurance provider. You'll support clients and brokers throughout the insurance journey, from policy setup to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle policy changes and documentation
• Liaise with clients, brokers and internal teams
• Assist with claims reporting and complaints
• Represent the company at trade shows (approx. 8/year)

About you:

• 3+ years' customer service or admin experience
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Good IT skills (Excel & Office)
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
