About the job

You'll manage a long-standing territory across Scotland, looking after existing accounts while opening doors with new garden centres and other indie retail.

That means:

• Building strong relationships with existing customers and becoming their go-to contact
• Identifying and winning new business across garden retail, home, gift and independent retail
• Presenting seasonal collections in an engaging, commercial way
• Helping customers choose ranges suited to their space, customer base and budget
• Managing your territory like it's your own business
• Planning your diary effectively around key seasonal peaks
• Keeping close to market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity
• Working with internal teams to make sure service matches the sale
