M&E Commissioning Manager

M&E Commissioning Manager required working for a international client on commercial, residential and industrial projects.

This M&E Commissioning Manager needs to have in-depth experience working on a variety of M&E projects and must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience within the building services sector. You must have a methodical approach to the planning and sequencing of commissioning activities within a critical path.

Be aware of precursors and pre-commissioning requirements for each system within the stream to ensure that systems are set to work in a logical and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for:

• - Design review for Commission-ability.
• - Manage the commissioning sub-contractors
• - Managing close out of commissioning issues.
• - Commissioning plans, pre-plan and documents
• - Full involvement with the M&E commissioning stages at pre-construction phase
• - Training Plans and manuals
• - Testing and Commissioning Programmes
• - Handover Document
• - Attend all construction related relevant meetings

£500 - £600

Happy to look into a permanant salary also

6-12 month contract
