An established Legal 500 firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving property team. The Role

• You will take responsibility for managing your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions and related plot sales work
• Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout
• Supporting and mentoring junior fee earners where appropriate
• Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing team through business development activity

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• 5+ years’ PQE within residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of matters
• Ability to contribute to a team environment and support junior colleagues
• Commercially aware with an interest in developing client relationships and the wider practice
