Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an excellent entry-level administration role on behalf of a lovely organisation based in West Byfleet. You will be working in the administration team, and they will provide you will full training and support.. Whilst allowing you to progress within the business as you develop your skills!

Duties Include:

• Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages
• Provide general administrative support to the office team
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Assist with organising meetings, preparing documents, and filing
• Invoicing and purchase orders
• Help colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Liaising with clients as necessary via telephone and email

You will possess the following attributes:

• GCSE's 5 minimum in Maths and English
• Must be 18 and not planning on going to university / or be a university graduate
• Enthusiastic confident and bubbly
• Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Ability to stay organised & prioritise tasks
