This role offers an exciting mix of client relationship management, renewals, and sales within the commercial insurance sector.
You will specialise in commercial landlords insurance, including blocks of flats and property owners insurance, with full training provided throughout your development.
Each month, you will be allocated clients to manage and support through the renewal process, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and generate additional business. Over time, you will build and develop your own portfolio of clients.
You will also handle warm inbound enquiries from the company website, helping convert genuine opportunities into new business.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and retain existing client relationships
Handle renewals and identify opportunities for account growth
Convert warm inbound enquiries into new business opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Build strong relationships with both clients and insurers
Work closely with the underwriting team to secure competitive terms
Accurately manage policy administration and documentation
Assist with account queries and credit control matters

Previous insurance experience or exposure to Acturis would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
