The Role As an IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing client onboarding, including gathering documentation and preparing welcome packs
- Processing Letters of Authority, tracking provider responses and updating internal systems
- Preparing valuations, review packs and client meeting documents
- Supporting advisers with new business processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining up-to-date client records across CRM and provider platforms
- Liaising with providers to chase information, resolve queries and ensure smooth case progression
- Assisting paraplanners with research, data gathering and report preparation
- Handling general client servicing queries with professionalism and warmth
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, manage your workload and contribute to improving processes as the firm continues to grow.

What They’re Looking For - Experience in an IFA/wealth management admin role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and advisers
- Familiarity with platforms, providers and CRM systems (e.g., IO, Xplan, or similar)
- A proactive, positive attitude someone who takes pride in doing things well
