SHEQ Manager

Full Time | Permanent

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm | Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role

Reed is recruiting for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join a well-established, growing business. You will lead all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead H&S strategy in line with UK regulations (HSE, CDM)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations
• Promote safety culture through training and toolbox talks
• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
• Support environmental and ESG initiatives
• Report SHEQ performance to senior management

Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma (essential)
• SHEQ experience within manufacturing or construction
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards
• IOSH membership and ESG experience (desirable)
