Temporary Data Administrator – Immediate Start

Location: Huddersfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client in Huddersfield who are seeking a Temporary Data Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. This is an immediate start opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in working accurately with data.

The Role:

You’ll be supporting a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in keeping systems, data, and communications running smoothly. This is a hands-on administrative position with a strong focus on data accuracy and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Managers with stakeholder communications
• Maintaining and updating the main internal system
• Coordinating with the Analyst team to support management information
• Providing general administrative support, including:
  
  • Capability matrices
  • Overtime availability
  • Summary plans
• Managing Purchase Orders
• Planning and arranging training and renewals
• Maintaining and updating capability and skills matrices

• Fast and accurate data input skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Confidence using Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a busy working environment
• A strong team player who communicates well with colleagues
• Immediately available to start work
