Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for a 4-month period. This role is based in Cobham and will involve managing key client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting ongoing account activity during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Monitor account activity and ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation as required
  • Support account renewals and identify opportunities to add value where appropriate
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the contract period

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
