Your new role

• Working across multiple void and occupied properties
• Completing responsive repairs and general plumbing maintenance
• Multi skilled tasks such as minor painting, joinery and plastering.

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ in Plumbing or an equivalent apprenticeship
• Substantial previous experience in domestic plumbing, ideally in social housing.
• A full UK manual driving licence
• You should be confident using power tools and handling IT-based job management systems.
