Senior Product Manager

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Our client, a leading technology organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join its product leadership team. The business develops enterprise-grade SaaS and cloud communications platforms used by major organisations to deliver customer experience and communications services.

This role operates within a modern Agile development environment, acting as Product Owner across engineering teams. The successful candidate will guide product direction, manage development backlogs through Jira, and ensure product delivery aligns with both customer needs and commercial strategy.

Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants and Marketing, you will contribute to product roadmap development, prioritise features and enhancements, and support the evolution of the organisation’s cloud-based platform.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management within SaaS or cloud technology environments

• Strong Agile experience, ideally acting as Product Owner

• Experience managing backlogs and product development using Jira

• Exposure to SaaS, cloud platforms, UCaaS or enterprise software

• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability

• Degree educated (2:1 or above)
