We’re working with a brilliant Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Birmingham that’s looking for a full-time Year 3 Teacher to join them from September 2026.

The role

You’ll be teaching a Year 3 class, helping pupils make that important transition into KS2 while building confidence, independence, and strong learning habits.

There’s a solid structure in place, but also space for you to bring your own ideas and personality into lessons.

You’ll need:

• UK QTS (or equivalent)
• Experience or placement within KS2
• A positive, engaging teaching style
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
