The Role:

As Head of Brand Marketing, you'll own the end-to-end brand strategy-driving consistency, creativity, and commercial impact across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent voice across all channels
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, content, and offline)
  • Translate commercial objectives into impactful brand activity that drives awareness and revenue
  • Work closely with performance, eCommerce, and creative teams to ensure brand and growth are fully aligned
  • Oversee content direction, creative output, and brand storytelling across all platforms
  • Build and nurture partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments that elevate brand presence
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing brand and creative team
  • Use data and insight to continuously refine brand positioning and campaign effectiveness


About You:

  • Proven experience operating as a Head of Brand Marketing or in a senior brand leadership role within a high-growth fashion business
  • Strong track record of building and scaling brands in a digital-first environment
  • Deep understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together
  • Commercially minded-able to connect brand activity to tangible business outcomes
  • Experience leading creative teams and working closely with content, social, and design functions
  • Strong instinct for culture, storytelling, and what resonates with modern audiences
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at leadership level
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution
