Financial Adviser (IFA) - Birmingham/Remote - Up to £70,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser with a strong track record in client retention and new business. You will work with a high-growth firm with significant acquisitions in the Midlands, managing a range of client portfolios, including complex cases, with full paraplanning support.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and retain clients across a range of portfolios.
• Generate new business to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrative support; minimal admin required.
• Work across Manchester and Midlands clients, including those acquired through firm acquisitions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ advisory experience, with exposure to complex client cases.
• Diploma qualified; long-term care knowledge a bonus.
• CAS status preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong record in new business generation and client retention.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
