Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join our well established client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, from initial contact through to closing deals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with trade customers and key accounts
  • Promote a range of products, display hardware, and bespoke solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and operations) to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new revenue streams
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
  • Ability to manage complex projects and bespoke client requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience working with trade clients or resellers is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence

Working hours: Monday to Friday / 8:30am to 5pm.

Starting Salary: £40,000 per annum.
