Description

• Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points as required.
• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and calls professionally.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Provide additional administrative support to the CEO as required.

Profile

A successful EA to CEO should have:

• Proven experience in an EA to CEO position (must have)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.

Job Offer
