As an Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for delivering safe and efficient aerodrome and approach radar services, managing aircraft movements within controlled airspace and across the airfield environment.

You’ll work closely with pilots, airport operations, ground handling teams and aviation partners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

As an Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver safe, efficient and compliant air traffic control services for arriving, departing and transiting aircraft.
• Provide aerodrome and approach radar control in accordance with CAA regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with pilots, ground operations and external ATC units to ensure smooth airport operations.
• Maintain situational awareness using radar, surveillance and communication systems.
• Respond calmly and professionally to changing operational demands and emergency situations.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of operational procedures and protocols.
• Communicate critical operational information clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Report operational issues promptly to minimise disruption and maintain safety standards.

You will ideally have:

• A current valid ATCO licence with relevant ratings and evidence of recent currency.
• Experience in both Tower and Approach Radar control environments.
• A minimum of 1 year’s operational experience, with 3+ years preferred.
• Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced operational setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and safety-focused mindset.
• A genuine passion for aviation and operational excellence.

Experience within a regional airport environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
