Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted adviser on a range of tax matters
• Lead on complex UK and international corporate tax advisory projects, including structuring, transactions, and cross-border matters
• Provide commercially focused advice to clients on evolving tax legislation and business issues
• Support major corporate transactions, reorganisations, and international expansion projects
• Work closely with Partners and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality corporate tax compliance and review technical work prepared by junior team members
• Play a key role in project management, delegation, and mentoring within the team
• Contribute to business development activities, networking, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing client relationships
• Support and develop junior members of the team, helping to build technical capability and client management skills

• ACA, CTA, Solicitor qualification or overseas equivalent
• Significant experience in UK corporate tax, with strong exposure to advisory-led work
• Experience working on complex corporate tax projects and transactions
• Strong technical knowledge across UK and international corporate tax matters
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
