Video Content Creator

• Bristol, BS3 (hybrid – filming required on site)

• £28,000 - £32,000 (Full Time Equivalent)

Our client is a Bristol-based IT Services Provider. They support small and medium businesses with everything from cybersecurity and compliance to day-to-day IT support.

This growing company is on a mission to become the most trusted and well-known IT support brand in the market. A big part of that is building a library of useful, transparent video content that answers questions business owners are actually searching for.

The Role

You will be a creative, organised and self-motivated Video Content Creator able to take ownership of the client’s video output end-to-end. You will be able to create and publish branded content across the company’s channels consistently every week.

You will work closely with the Technical Director and Managing Director who will appear on camera.

If you've been running your own YouTube channel, creating content for a student society, or editing videos for local businesses, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Work with the team to build and maintain a rolling content calendar across YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Pitch content ideas and flag trending topics that fit the brand
• Film video content at the Bristol office
• Handle basic lighting, audio and camera setup to ensure professional-quality footage
• Produce short-form cuts (Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn clips) from longer videos
• Feed insights back into content planning — what's working, what's not

About You

Essential:

• A creative thinker
• A strong eye for detail
• Highly organised and reliable
• Confident video editor — comfortable in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok as platforms
• Ability to write clear, engaging content

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of YouTube, TikTok and Linkedin search optimisation
• Experience creating content for a business or brand
